Q: How much time does it take?

A: Most people take half hour lessons.

Q: Am I too old/young to take lessons?

A: No - if you want to take lessons, any age is the right age.

Q: Do I need a guitar?

A: Yes, any guitar will do for the first few lessons. Some stores will allow you to rent to purchase. Its also okay to buy a cheap 1st time instrument.

Q: What materials do I need?

A: A guitar, a pic, a method book, a notebook with lined or blank paper.

Q: Where do you teach?

A: At my studio in Bethlehem PA and at Lafayette College.

Q: How long do I take lessons before I am great?

A: You are great now! But seriously, it takes a few months to attain the skills to create a solid song. Motor skills and cognitive skills are developed in this process, it takes time.

Q: What are the fees?

A: Lessons are charged by the month. Your first lesson is an interview and will be $30. All lessons thereafter are charged per month. $120 at the first of each month.

Q: Can I play in a concert?

A: I hold live concerts for students once a year and have performances at local venues available as well.

Q: Do you teach Ukulele or Mandolin?

A: Yes
